Housing Ombudsman Self-Assessment

 

The self-assessment form has been developed by the Housing Ombudsman Service to support landlords in evaluating their compliance with the published Complaint Handling Code.

Landlords are expected to complete the assessment to understand how their current practices align with the Code’s requirements. Pennine Housing Solutions CIC completed its assessment for the period 2024 to 2025 and is committed to regularly reviewing the Code and incorporating it into the design of any future improvements to its complaints service..

Performance And Service Improvement Report

After reviewing our performance againsts the Housing Ombudsman's Complaint Handling Code,  we came up with a Performance and Service improvement report. This report sets out what we found, what we do well, and what we will do differently to improve services and outcomes for residents. It demonstrates PHSCIC’s commitment to continuous improvement and learning, in line with regulatory expectations and best practice.
